POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator that has experience with Human Resources and Finance objectives to join our dynamic team on-site at our Markham location.  Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Office Administrator is responsible assists the Human Resources department in managing the HRIS/Payroll system, ensuring all human resource and health and safety initiatives are met.  This role also ensures all phone calls are answered, visitors are greeted in a timely manner, meeting rooms are prepared and attending ad hoc meetings with employees to review situations.  In addition, this role is responsible for providing support to the Finance team, in updating trackers, posting and following up on invoices and various other A/P & A/R tasks.
