This role leads the Diros financial function encompassing Accounting, Treasury, Risk Management, Tax, and Financial Services, and serves as a source of expert advice on all financial matters, whilst driving business decision making and maintaining a well-controlled, strong compliance culture and environment. Together with the Regional General Manager, this role is also fully accountable for delivering the operating results for the region.

The Customer Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that quality customer service is consistently delivered to our clients. This role is responsible for processing all sales orders and addressing all customer concerns through innovative solutions and problem solving. The Customer Operations Manager, reviews and makes changes to processes and procedure to increase efficiencies and improve the customer experience. In addition, this role is responsible for establishing the goals and objectives for the department, and works collaboratively with other department heads, to ensure the department goals and objectives are met.

Manages the production of manufactured medical devices on an assigned shift. Is responsible for guiding the business towards the company’s vision and purpose. The Production Manager is responsible for achieving the quality, efficiency, production, safety, manufacturing cost targets, customer service expectations and for optimizing inventory levels. Responsible for achieving hourly/daily targets for volume, quality, safety and cost standards.
